All confirmed orders placed before 11:00 AM Pacific Time, Monday–Saturday are shipped the same day via USPS or UPS.
Orders placed after 11:00 AM, on Sundays, or holidays will ship the next business day.

• Flat Rate: $15.20
• Signature Required on orders over $250.00

Returns & Refunds

At Research ROI, we are committed to product quality and purity. Every chemical reagent is tested for purity, with results available prior to purchase.

Due to the nature of scientific research materials, all sales are final. We do not accept returns.

If there’s an issue with your order, contact us via the contact form. While all sales and promotional items are non-refundable, concerns may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

 Emails suggesting human or animal use will not be answered.

Missing or Damaged Items:

• Missing items: Report within 24 hours of delivery.
• Damaged in transit: Submit a claim with the shipping carrier; all shipments are insured.
• Returned packages: If the address was entered incorrectly by the customer, re-shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
